KEY THOUGHTS

My list is still being tightened up, but I think it is critical to discussion for moving the ball down the field. With that in mind, I have the following suggestions for advancing the effort in a phased, resourced, and simplified agreement:

Establish working agreement in phases (1 & 2, or 1,2,3):

PHASE 1

1) October Premier Issue Launch

Due to the rush nature of getting this up and running, I suggest we view this first prototype build as a stand-alone deliverable agreement with the following considerations:

A) Keith Locke/Seek First agrees to do what is necessary from an issue of locale and logistics to bring the best possibility of success to the launch

B) Ben & Mel/ClearWater Spas of Colorado agrees to provide the needed staff and resource access and support from staff to bring the best possibility of success to the launch 

Having established that, I am requesting the following financial agreement - exclusive to phase 1.
 

PHASE 1
PRINT MAGAZINE TEMPLATE DESIGN

(Release of Full Rights to Template Design & Assets)

OPTION A - 24 Page - $3,500

OPTION B - 36 Page - $4,500

* OPTION C - 64 Page - $7,500 (Chosen Plan)

Agreement is initiated by a deposit of 2/3rds of total to rush, building from scratch & current limited info
